Coberon Chronos Consulting is searching for an Independent Director on behalf of our client; a privately owned, industrial conglomerate in Eastern Europe with a significant market position in power generation and distribution. The candidate will be a member of their Supervisory Board in Ukraine and participate in board meetings on a regular basis (approx. 15 days a year). Experience from the power generation industry, specifically in power generation technologies, equipment and vendors is a must. No relocation necessary, can be based anywhere in Europe or US.
